Kenyan Passes Away in Berlin

A Kenyan lady from Berlin has passed away after a long battle with cancer.

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Jane Maina also known as Mama Papa, a Kenyan living in Berlin. She succumbed to her illness on Saturday morning at 10:39 am. She leaves behind a son, Anthony.

Ms. Maina was a well loved and very active member of the Kenyans in Berlin and Brandenburg (KUBB) organization.

Family, friends and well wishers in Berlin and Brandenburg are meeting daily from Monday 21st Oct to Saturday 26th October from 5 pm to 7 pm at One Africa lounge Müllerstraße 62a, 13349 Berlin and on Sunday 27th from 4 pm to 8 pm at Rathenower Str. 34, 10559 Berlin.

For those willing to contribute financially, the contribution books are available at Maasai Markt, One Afrika Lounge, and Jambo Afro Shop all of Berlin.
