Kenyan "Out of the Slum" Art Exhibition in Essen

This is an exhibition of art from artists from the Kenyan slum, Mukuru. The project is organized by Simama e.V. a charity Organization based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, GMÖ and Port e.V. 

At the opening ceremony will be the Simama crew as well as 2 Kenyan artists Adam Masava und Lawrence Mwangi Shabu who’ll share with the crowd about their projects in Kenya as well as their new undertaking with various others national and international artists to paint the wall on A40.

This is an exhibition you don’t want to miss.
