Samuel finally arrived in Germany and got to realize his dream of riding in the Schwebebahn. The father of 3 who had said Germans were racist and rarely gave good tips; enjoyed the ride on a sunny afternoon and confirmed that he hadn’t met a single racist. According to him, “There are no racists in Wuppertal, all the people I met were very nice and friendly.”
The guy that organized the whole trip was there with him the whole time. They also got a chance to visit the workshop and see how the trams are maintained and repaired. Below are some pics and a video from the event:
