Our Graduate Program will offer successful candidates a unique experience to develop as leaders and build lasting relationships with the most brilliant investment professionals in the region.

The 2014 Program…

Through clear development plans and a series of challenging assignments, participants in the program will develop successful careers within the Centum Group and investee companies across Africa.

The two year program runs in two phases throughout which participants are coached, mentored and exposed to various development initiatives including; exchange programs and internal rotational placements to ensure cultural, geographical and technical exposure.

Phase one covers induction and rotational assignments across business lines/departments within in the organization. This experience enables better understanding of Centum as well as individual capabilities and interests.
In the Second Phase, successful candidates from Phase One take on full-time roles within functional areas of their choice. They embark on a series of challenging business assignments and contribute directly to organizational objectives as Analysts.

Professional qualifications

Possession or pursuit of financial professional qualifications such as; CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalents will be an added advantage.

Other requirements

• Fresh graduate or final year undergraduate from universities across East Africa
• 25 years and below
• Minimum A level score of A- or equivalent
• Minimum 2nd Upper undergraduate score or equivalent
