The Court in Würzburg granted the Kenyan an Aufenthalterlaubnis on Humanitarian grounds. The Kenyan had gone to court to protest being kicked out of Germany despite having been part of a marriage of convenience back in 2005. The court ruled that she could stay as she was in the advanced stages of the disease and would get better treatment here in Germany than back in Kenya.
