(what stands there is a mixture of english and german, as it seems to be some kind of social work ad, at least the picture) it is the question if “neger” is really meant negative) but basically negro is an insult nowadays..

was wondering what the sent meant; but considering they were advertising Weltkunst, I was perturbed to see them write something like that. I had nothing against the pic though.
