The rapidly growing non-profit sector demands a new type of executive. Professionals with a sense of social policy are required in this sector. They should have a profound knowledge of management, as well as being aware of the political/legal peculiarities of the non-profit sector in order to succeed in the competition for resources.

The interdisciplinary composition of the Master programme’s curriculum corresponds to this requirement profile. In practice-oriented modules, it links the areas of non-profit-management with Social and Political Sciences and Law, as well as conveying social and communicative key competencies.
