Man calls police to report theft forgetting he has been growing weed

Recently a man in NRW came home to find his house messed up by what he assumed were thieves. He immediately called the police to report the incident. The police came promptly, to collect evidence, finger prints as well as try to find witnesses. During the search through the house trying to figure out what might have been missing, the police discovered what they weren’t meant to find and what the owner of the house had evidently completely forgotten about, the owners’ weed plants.
