When German Honesty Meets a Lazy Employee = Worst Reference Letter EVER

job interview

Germans can be honest, depending on which side you are of the honest, it can be good or bad. I’m sure the HR Manager receiving this reference letter, was thankful they didn’t have to employ someone with bad manners but I’m sure the person mentioned in this letter didn’t find it helpful at all.

Mr B was only seen at his desk for very short periods of time during his Apprenticeship.

His effectiveness could clearly be noticed during his long sleep phases, which when measured by the length of the working day were quite short because he left as early as he came late in the morning.

His characteristic punctuality was well noted at the beginning of breaks and at the end of the work day.

He performed his tasks best during sleep and to his complete satisfaction.

Due to the high level of expertise acquired in this way it was possible for Mr B to repeat most of his exams.

At least he was quite friendly during the few short moments we saw him.

We wish Mr B a good time until his next exam.
