Kenyan Found Dead After Going Missing in Berlin

The deceased, Brian Nyawade Owino

A Kenyan man that was declared missing late last year was unfortunately found dead in unclear circumstances. Family seeking for help to repatriate the body and find out what happened to their kin.

Brian Nyawade Owino, a young Kenyan man born 8th October 1992, moved to Germany in August 2016 in search of greener pastures in Brandenburg.

On 29th December 2017, he was reported to the police as missing. Two weeks later on 11th January 2018, his body was found crashed by a train at the Ostkreuz train station. The police claimed that he had committed suicide, a fact many of his friends and relatives find hard to believe.

The family would like to send the body back to Kenya for burial and are requesting for financial support. Well wishers in Berlin may take their contribution to: Massai Afroshop on Barfusstr 4 in 13349 Berlin.

Those willing to support may also transfer the funds to the provisory account for PEACE e.V.:
