Angela Merkel’s Personal Envoy for Africa Günter Nooke, was in Nairobi from 8 to 11 March 2014. He’s main focus was the ICT landscape in Nairobi and consequently in Kenya.

He met with the CS, Dr. Matiang’i and the PS, Mr. ole Musuni, in the Ministry of ICT, to discuss on how to strengthen the Kenya-German ICT links. He also got to visit the iHub and the Kenya High School.
