Azubi Speed Dating is the new game in town where students interested in getting an Ausbildung get a chance to meet companies or their representatives; have a 10minute interview and if they are good enough, they are invited to an interview.
One of the main advantages of these kind of method to find an Ausbildung is that you get to make the first impression in person, instead of the usual CV. If you had bad grades or for some reason, your CV could disqualify you, a one on one puts you ahead.
Below is a lady who hasn’t gotten any Ausbildung because of her bad grades but on trying the Azubi Speed Dating, she got two interviews from 2 of the companies she visited during the event.
Remember to treat this like any other interview, dress appropriately for the position you want and carry copies of your CV and cover letter to hand out to each company you visit during the event.
