The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) recently released an African Cookbook that featured foods from 23 countries. Kenya made the cut and only Mukimo and Kachumbari made it on the chosen foods. Below is the Kenyan page and further down you can view the whole cookbook.
