For many foreigners who have studied in Universities in Baden-Württemberg, the Studienkolleg Konstanz was their gateway into Uni. Last week they celebrated their 50th anniversary by inviting former students and former teachers and among their guests was a Kenyan student, Deborah Mukaria. Deborah who is currently a 6th Semester student at the Hochschule Konstanz Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung (HTWG), where she’s studying Wirtschaftsinformatik.Deborah, got a chance at the event to commend the Studienkolleg for a great job. According to her, the beginning was quite tough but she pushed on and now appreciates having gone through the Studienkolleg. “Where there’s a will there’s a way”. Now she’s about to complete her degree and was glad to catch up with former colleagues at the event.
