Heilerziehungspflege (HEP) is an ausbildung for those that support people with mental and physical disabilities. It is a Schulische Ausbildung meaning you don’t get paid for it.
The Ausbildung takes between 2 and 3yrs fulltime or 3 to 4.5yrs part time. Many have done their FSJ or BFD in this field, like Steve.
