The Court process started on yesterday against the man that pushed Nelly on the Railtracks in Vienna allegedly due to her loud conversation on her cell phone. The man has been charged for Assault, the prosecutor changed the charges from attempted murder because there was not enough evidence to show premeditated homicide attempt. If sentenced he might get 5yrs improsonment.
The lady he was with. his girlfriend has also been charged with Failure to offer help to Nelly when she fell on the tracks and her boyfriend (the attacker) ran away. If sentenced she could get upto a year’s imprisonment.
