Another Kenyan Child Undergoes Heart Surgery in Erlangen

From what I hear there is also another Kenyan Family at the Universitäts-Herzzentrum Erlangen at the Uniklinikum Erlangen. Baby Josiah was born in 2011 in Kibera with a heart condition and he has been in Munich together with his parents since April for the surgery.

The surgery was successful and he’ll be going back home during the first week of June. The surgery was paid for by well wishers that contributed for it; it cost close to €100,000 as the condition was found to be worse than expected during the surgery.
